1. Who we are
This website, manas365.online, and the services offered through it are operated by Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship of Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma, having its registered/principal place of business at Shop No. 1, HIG 379, H Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India. Statutory identifiers: Udyam Registration UDYAM-MP-10-0120839 (Micro Enterprise).
Manas Center is not registered under GST, as its annual turnover is below the ₹20 lakh registration threshold prescribed for service providers in Madhya Pradesh. Accordingly, no GST is charged on its services.
2. Our services
Through manas365.online we provide online counselling for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and the Indian diaspora — one-to-one, couples and family sessions delivered over secure video across time zones, billed in US Dollars.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be 18 or older to purchase services for yourself; services for a minor require a parent/guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
4. Bookings, fees & payments
Sessions are booked through the site. A booking deposit is payable to confirm a slot and is adjusted against the session fee; the balance is payable at the session. Prepaid session packs (where offered) are drawn automatically at each session, are non-transferable, and do not expire. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD) and are processed via Razorpay (settling to the proprietor’s account).
Important — nature of our services
Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma is an Applied & Behavioural Psychologist and Consulting Psychologist. Our counselling and wellbeing services are supportive and non-diagnostic. We do not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions or emergency care, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, this service is not for emergencies. Please contact your local emergency number, or Tele-MANAS at 14416 (Government of India, 24×7), or go to the nearest hospital.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Manas Center and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. Where you access the services from outside India, you remain responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within the timelines prescribed under applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
