1. Who we are

This website, manas365.online, and the services offered through it are operated by Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship of Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma, having its registered/principal place of business at Shop No. 1, HIG 379, H Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462041, India. Statutory identifiers: Udyam Registration UDYAM-MP-10-0120839 (Micro Enterprise).

Manas Center is not registered under GST, as its annual turnover is below the ₹20 lakh registration threshold prescribed for service providers in Madhya Pradesh. Accordingly, no GST is charged on its services.

Request the deletion of your data

You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This is your right as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023.

How to request

Email our Grievance Officer at manu@manas365.com (or WhatsApp +91 99818 13224) from your registered contact, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We may verify your identity before proceeding.

What we delete

On a verified request we delete your account, profile, contact details, communications, and — where applicable — your non-mandatory session information, unless we are required to keep specific records by law.

What we must retain

We are legally required to keep certain records even after deletion — principally counselling session records (3 years) and financial and invoice records for 8 years under Indian tax and company law. These are retained securely and used only for compliance.

Timeline

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once complete.
